You should probably see a doctor then that sounds like the type of thing someone says before they go and stab a bunch of people on a bus

Almost pathetic isn't it that you've all been here so long and are actually rooting for your team to fail? What a waste of life you've had.

Odds are a player from 2022 will be better than at least one of those players from 2023.

We also have two eggs in the basket. The Rox have the Heat pick or maybe Nets pick this year. Heat with their injuries will probably 20-25 or so.

No one expects you to stay calm. Don't worry about it!

That winning streak had me thinking zooming down to the top was an impossibility, but now I'm scrambling for my oil can. Gotta grease those treads, turn this around!

I am hoping that, by the end of the season, the Rockets have a good idea of the following:

    1) that Green, KPJ and Christopher are a an effective guard rotation
    2) that Sengun and Garuba are able to effectively soak up 48 minutes at the 5
    3) that Tate and Martin are solid at the 3 (and capable at the 4)
    4) that Silas is able to effectively work Mathews and Brooks in for spacing as needed

Moving forward, I would want Smith-Banchero-Holgren (in that order) to play the 4. I think with any of those guys you are set there with Tate and Marin getting some run behind them. I also like Keenan Murray and Patrick Baldwin but I dont think they are true difference makers like the other 3. With that Miami pick I would be interested in a guy like Harrison Ingram as kind of a do it all 3 with size to play some 4 as necessary. Im hoping that the Rockets acquire some 2nd round picks where I would like to pick up some shooting (Lee from Davison or Braun from Kansas perhaps), a true pg (Andrew Nembhard?) and some size (Ibou Badji as a guy who can be 6 fouls if necessary but could develop into much more). That is probably too many young players to add to a team that is already young but I think those are areas that need to be shored up.

Our best rookie was picked @ #16. We just need to scout better than everyone else (and get a little lucky/go to the well again with OKC).

We're also a 4 game winning streaking from overtaking the Kings.

I predicted before the season we'd finish around 7th-9th from the bottom but...the team has been threading water despite the tougher schedule. Unfortunately for the Rockets, they blew the easiest part of their schedule and now they have one of the hardest left...

But I think we're in a good position. The team as is isn't good enough to make the playoffs, they are good enough to beat teams under them but have to have a good night to beat a team like the Bulls on the road...but...this is a team missing two of its starting guards as well. So, I feel like if the Rockets do make a push it'll be because KPJ/Green contributing and thus there is nothing wrong with making the playoffs on the backs of those guys.

Right now, they are good enough to thread water and win a game or two per week. I think the 15+ losing stream days are behind us...but on the flip side I'm not sure they are good enough to make up for that losing streak earlier in the year.

If they had started the season off playing like this (ahem...not starting Theis)...these MFers are probably firmly 7th or 8th seed.

if only silas didnt sabotaged us... wed be still streaking... he really ruined the momentum throwing that bucks and grizzlies games.... basketball is sport of momentum...momentum is everything...its a difference between a champion and a loser/mediocre team

btw look at the loser pelicants they really had big 3 of lonzo ingram and zion and threw it away...lolololol
i guess losing is in their collective blood and the drug was stronger than them...body chemicals are the strongest drugs...most addictive....they just aint used to being good....

Trading Gordon should be the priority at the deadline. You listen closely to offers for Wood but I don't think there's as much of an urgency moving him by the deadline.

Feels like there's a bottom tier of 5 teams that we will be competing against for high draft picks. Detroit and Magic are all in on rebuilding, and I'd OKC is too but they may have the most talent of the 3. Pelicans are a wildcard.
