You have to realize that these kids have grown up with rap music where they say those words 20 times every sentence. They see it as something that is ok to say. Does that make it right? Not at all, but thats just how kids are. Like you said their parents need to tell them not to say it, but they probably dont care/pay attention when their kids play COD.

You want to police how people talk/type on the internet?

That's almost as plausible as deleting all p*rn off the internet.

For those unexposed, it's not even a rap music thing. It's really the just the most hateful use of words possible... Definitely not something parents should let their kids be a part of.

There is nothing wrong with calling someone a n00b if the idiot does not know what he/she is doing.

You must not hang out around a lot of kids because they say it everywhere, not just online.

Good luck with that. No one will listen.

It's not as bad. That's not saying much though.

Xbox live = The most ghetto, redneck, racist, and homophobic population in the country.

Depends on the game but CoD is definetely among the worst for the teen attracting modern war settings and not requiring much skill.

I have less of a problem if someone uses the word, "my" in front of it. That sounds friendly when I've heard it. I still think it's a bad example to set to anyone listening in.

And putting or not putting an "r" at the end of your word doesn't change it at all. It changes the pronunciation.

I believe in free speech, so I would never ask to police it. To me, I think social change improves things. In other words, someone with a mic says, drop the N words please or jumps down their throat.

The slanders towards homosexual males is just as bad.

Lol. What world are you living in? Go ahead and try that tactic. All you're going to have is a group of 15 year olds calling you "racial" and "homophobic" slurs till you rage quit.

They're teenagers. They don't actually mean anything. Their goal is to just annoy you.

Yup. Just ignore them. You're not going to prompt social change to make Xbox Live a verbal harassment-free place. I mean some people bully people face to face. No doubt its worse online.

I do not think white people should be allowed to use the N word whatsoever. They should be fined or some other form of punishment is warranted. White people brought the Africans in chains in the 1600's and still shackle them today by using the N word and importing crack into the ghettos.
