DMO needs to get the ball in the post.. His post-up skills are "elite level"..

I know this has been discussed here many times, but what still baffles me is that why coach Machale does not recognizes that DMO needs to get at-least 10 to 12 touches in the post. It does not even matter if starts or comes off the bench.

We talk about a need of a second play maker besides Harden. Why cant we make DMo focal point of the offense when Harden and Howard sits, and play the inside out game..

so the question is WHY .. WHy ... WHY coach or most players ( who ignore to pass the ball to him ) cant see what we see and run some plays for him ......

DMo is good in the post but not elite.

    Boogie is elite.

    25 ppg on .590 true shooting %.

We don't have any offense to go to against decent/good defensive teams, and we probably won't have one come playoff time either.

Reminds me of when Parsons & co. were here, but same issues remain..

first, josh shouldnt be in the starting lineup. he needs to put a string of good games together to take dmo's starting spot. and yes, dmo needs more shots. did they forget who dmo was or something? sheesh just cuz your team chemistry gets knocked off doesnt mean u go full r****d

Get Smith out of starting lineup. Give Dmo back his confidence and touches.

    Dmo second option.

    Dwight third.

    Smith fourth please.

Coach McHale won't do nothing, just go out there and play, you know.

That's the thing. DMo's touches in the post should actually INCREASE coming off the bench. Instead they let Terry or Ariza or Bev run pick and roll with him. Disgusting. If McHale is so set on that play, we might as well trade DMo for Dragic to increase the success of those plays.

Ariza is the worst of the group. Dude always looks off DMo. Bev can't make an entry pass to save his life.

seriously don't understand why d-mo doesn't get more touches in the post. mchale is one of the best big men of all time and he can't see this?

Dmo would/should get more post touches off the bench because he won't have to share with Dwight. Plus he would be going up against second stringers.

when sometimes you feel like dmo is the best offensive option down low when you have a super star and a former star jsmith there , you know sth is wrong, take my words this group are not winning championships, signing josh messed up all our chemistry

Adelman would run through DoMo on every possession.

He actually would. DMo would kill in adelman's system from the high post. Man I just got a boner thinking about DMo hitting cutters from the high post and or dribble driving

No he wouldn't. And no he won't. People keep mindlessly trying to push this line. But I called this exact thing happening as soon as they signed Smith. The only one who looks for D-Mo consistently is Harden.

As a back up he plays majority of the time with Ariza who straight up ignored him. Brewer who is better off doing something himself. Terry who is not exactly a post entry passer. And Bev who would rather dribble the air out of the ball than pass to D-Mo.

D-Mo should be the third option on this team. But he won't be.

D-Mo's not getting PT or touches because he doesn't play defense, which is effing stupid because when 3 of your starting five are offensively challenged, you'd think a player with offensive skills might get some more PT. Nah, again that would be assuming McHale's actually got half a brain
