Does Texas have a recall process? I know CA and WI have relatively easy recall process but some states have more difficult ones or none at all.
No. Some cities have it for mayors but it's not allowed the state level. This is similar to ballot initiatives. In states like CA and others, a proposition can reach the ballot with enough verified voter signatures. In TX, the only way to amend the constitution is if the state legislature votes to put it on the ballot (like they did in the early 2000s on gay marriage). At that point the voice of the voters can be heard.
