    Hard to believe the last recall would be a legal adult now. I also know some people who wanted to recall Gov. Perry then and would like to recall Abbott now....

    No. Some cities have it for mayors but it's not allowed the state level. This is similar to ballot initiatives. In states like CA and others, a proposition can reach the ballot with enough verified voter signatures. In TX, the only way to amend the constitution is if the state legislature votes to put it on the ballot (like they did in the early 2000s on gay marriage). At that point the voice of the voters can be heard.
