Well, looks like CAL is gonna need the computers to come through and they haven't supported CAL all year...GO BEARS!!
I am suprised Texas got as close in the human polls as they did, the BCS bid is going to Texas. As I noted earlier Cal did move from 6th to 5th on the Sagarin by just nudging ahead of Utah (Texas is solidly 4th). One other poll released has Cal at 6, Tex at 4. Cal could possibly still jump in front of Utah on some of the other three computer polls. However I don't think any poll will have Cal jumping in front of Texas on any of them, and some will have them also behind Utah. Southern Miss is just too much of a middle of the road team with a weak schedule to make up much ground. So based on the human polls released, I am confident (80%) Texas is BCS bound.
