Caesar's Reject Tillman's Merger Proposal Over Debt Fear

    but, Caesars mainly rejected it because they currently have enormous debt. Also, the merger would have put Tilman in control of the combined companies, so not clear how much that influenced the board to give up control. Based on their price jump after the original announcement, seems many investors think it was a good idea.
