Were taking Cade right? Oh wait. We aren't done with our punishment yet. China demands we drop and lose our draft pick. What China wants, China gets. You heard it here first.
Especially in high school. Most of the vids you'll see of him, he's probably around 6'9" 230'ish lbs... that makes him look massive in high school, and for a high schooler, it really is massive. But they're saying he's even bigger now. I want to see how he is on the next level because he's a genetic freak at this level.
Dillon Mitchell put the clamps on Emoni Bates recently. Can you tell that I love Dillon Mitchell? Defense makes me happy.
WOW! No Ibou Badji? No Ben Mathurin?? No Scottie Lewis??? No Vrenz Bleijenbergh!????! There should be some very talented players in UDFA.
Yeah, personally I'm taking Badji over someone like Luka Garza hands down. Ben Mathurin is returning to Arizona. I've seen Scottie Lewis left off a lot of mocks and big boards, seems to be polarizing. Like what i've seen with Vrenz, but I've only seen highlights. The relative success of Poku might boost his stock a bit. Also noticed Matthew Hurt and Trendon Watford left off the list.
I dont know. Ja is a true pass first point who can score and be dynamic in spurts and has the occasional explosive game. Jalen is a bonafide alpha scorer who you pass the ball to when you need a basket. Dont expect him to pass it back. Jalen has a bigger frame also which should fill out.
Who has the higher ceiling Cade or LaMelo? I know they're very different players other than being taller point guards, but I'm curious how they compare
To me, Lamelo is a good comparison to Cade. I think Lamelo has the higher ceiling, simply because he showed it in the league already.
Gonna be hilarious when this thread reaches 382 pages and then we hand the Thunder the 5th pick on lottery night, because the Russell Westbrook trade is not finished being the worst deal in NBA history
According to Synergy Sports Technology, Cunningham averaged 1.333 points per possession around the rim at Oklahoma State, good for the 82nd percentile in NCAA Division I basketball. Cunningham's floater was not nearly as effective in his lone college season, averaging just 0.576 points per possession, good for the 24th percentile. This is an obvious area to target for improvement since it's a shot that defenses often bait ball-handlers into taking. In terms of scoring from the post, Cunningham has the ability to overpower smaller defenders if no help comes, using bully ball tactics to get to the rim -- he averaged about 1.1 points per possession as a post-up scorer.
Lamelo is a big PG . Cade is a point forward from the SF spot. Cade isn't as quick as him, but his defense is superior and his feel for the game is even better than Lamelo. Case's jumper is more reliable as well.
Waiting for the over the hill all star trade proposals from opposing teams once they hear we have the number 1 pick!
