KPj has all the talent in the world. He needs to be more efficient but there's a reason he dropped in the draft and a reason we got him for peanuts. 1 amazing game under his belt and yall are ready to give him the keys to the franchise. Consistency is right. We need to see more on and off the court. Its like yall just erased all the bad and reimagined him as our #1 pick and believe his worth as that in one of the deepest drafts ever. We couldn't even get a top 10 pick straight up for him right now. Green is a good kid with no bad history like KPj. Had only just turned 19 straight out of high school. His drafting is based on ceiling. Smart. Good kid with high work ethic. The makings of a highly marketable superstar future face of the NBA. Cade is legit though. I would only slightly hesitate to trade #2 and KPJ for the #1. My hesitation based on how well I think Green and KPj will mesh on and off the court and their already growing friendship. We do have an organization for Kpj to thrive and mature as a man and player but im not forgetting the history after 1 game and talent 29 other teams knew he had.
Nonsense. He absolutely dominated the G League at 20. It’s not about “one game.” He looked far, far better than Green despite not being much older and then showed flashes of brilliance in the NBA. Again, this isn’t about one “amazing” game, even though “amazing” might even underselling it given Jordan had one 50 and 10 game.
It's still just 1 unreal NBA game, and overall poor shooting splits. Only 26 total NBA starts in 2 years. It's still ignoring all off court issues. Also, who is to say Green won't completely dominate the GLeague at the same age? We won't know because Green will be a starter in the NBA from day 1.

You're expecting a 21 year old with one year of experience where he didn't get much time to be consistent in year two after sitting out the beginning of year two, then joining a new team? That's the definition of unrealistic expectations. I was pleasantly surprised by KPJ play last year. Is he going to be a star? Who knows, but I think he can at a minimum be the 2nd or 3rd guy on a championship team.
