Speaking as a UH diehard, I was embarrassed when our fans rushed the field after beating an awful Rice team this year. I understand that they're our biggest rival, but we barely squeaked by them... that sure as hell isn't something to brag about.
hahaha- the only thing to complete that would be a rousing rendition of "WE ARE THE CHAMPIONS".... I agree- it shouldnt have happened. but we went on the field at rice stadium the year before as well... i didnt go on either time.
It's well-documented that Cougar fans really love running on to the field, for any reason or no reason. Whatever gets the butts in the seats, as far as I'm concerned.
