btw: that can't be a dunk. That's a rebound, and a funky one at that.

    how can we be sure??

Look at the shot clock. It is physically impossible to be going for a dunk like that with 24 seconds on the clock. However, the moment a ball touches the rim..the clock resets. And it looks like that rebound came ricocheting at Jason, fast; thus his suprised look.

And, yes, the shot clock on both sides of the court show the same time. After I first saw this photo, I looked for that at the next game.

Ouch. HP not giving the Doughboy even a little respect/credit, even as he's packing his bags. Let the man have his one shining moment! (even if it's all just a misunderstanding, it still looks like a great pic!):D

Some of you guys are right. We aren't showing respect for a former Rocket, and quite frankly, that's a disgrace (unless his name happens to end in "Pippen"). So I'm going to do the legend of Collier some justice here. I am going to give you a chance to behold the Force of the Collier. Many scoff at Collier's ability to elevate saying things like "I bet his vertical goes up when he sits down". What the hell does that mean, anyway? I don't know, but you will eat your words when you see...

The Throwdown (about a 2.5 meg video download)

Bon voyage Collie, and good luck!

Someone should photoshop the "2" to like a 0, so then it looks more like a dunk. And then maybe change Collier's look.

That was a good point heypartner. I just thought it was Collier floating in the air for a layu...I mean dunk. :)

That's ok, RC, you can believe that it's something like Collier streaking down the middle and somebody throws an inbounds pass to him for a dunk. Make up something... it's the memory that counts. lol! :)

Thank God Collier is out of here. I bet he's probably a really good guy, but I'm not sure if he has a career in basketball. Maybe food or something.

Some of you people are pathetic. While Collier may not have the talent that some of the players on this team do, he definitely has more heart than all of them. Posey was the only player that played harder, & he's now gone as well. Collier worked hard & hustled up & down the floor every time he got a chance to get in the game, which wasn't often. If Cato hadn't suddenly woke up after 2 years of sleeping on the job, Collier would've gotten more playing time. JC just needs more actual game experience & I'm glad he's made the decision to go overseas. I don't know any of you on this board, but I suspect that not one of you could do better than him. I hope & I pray that he gets the necessary pro experience over there & comes back to prove all you so called Rocket fans, wrong.

But hey, that's just my opinion.

That's not a rebound. It's a dunk that he missed and it seems he's going to fall flat on his ass.

    Bye JC.

I did see a few impressive dunks and other moves from him during the Rocket's open practice at the Compaq Center prior to last season. Too bad those were really his only flashes of good play all year long. And noone else on the floor was really trying since it was just a practice.
