Is it legal for him to do this (walking into places dressed as a robber)?

Can he walk into a bank like that, legally?

What if security guards shot him, can he file a lawsuit against the bank (or store) saying he wasn't a robber, just some guy with a mask on?

Not legal. An Austin DJ got arrested for doing this very stunt on the air.

    Was this in England?

I guess its not as big a deal to do it there, because people don't carry guns. That would be a dangerous stunt to try here.

Lol, the biggest reaction were from Asian storekeepers.........is that the fashion of bank robbers? I thought they had more class, you know, trench coat, bowler hat and a violin case. Or just a balaclava on the head. But a stocking?

Funny to see someone else do it, but I'd never do it myself...especially in Texas.

I guess people would think twice about shooting in case they hit the camera man or sound guy next to him.

You might think so, but people focus on the threat, and ignore everything else....

If you think the counting basketball passes is distracting (gorilla video), wait until there is a gun in your face.

Seen this a while ago, but still amusing.

Dude is wearing a low level bank robber outfit. Real bank robbers look like John Travolta and they wear suits.

Well, I'm no lawyer, so I can't say either way. But I can see that a threat doesn't have to be verbalized to be a threat.
