Buying a digital piano

    I say go for it. Even if your kid doesn’t make the most of it, it sounds like you’re interested in learning piano. Given your musical background you’d probably pick it up fast. It doesn’t sound like you’re strapped for money either.

    I have this one also. Got it at Costco about 9 years ago. It has been great. I got it with the wooden stand with pedals and bench, so it is almost like sitting at a real piano (I mean, not really, but it is a good substitute).

    I think it was around $700 CDN if I remember correctly? Pretty good value if you ask me.
