So Harden is on the same list as that selfish headcases Kevin Durant. Those guys will never win anything.

The significant difference when it comes to Durant vs Harden on a list like that is that Durant is a receiver. Westbrook creates for the team and when Durant touches it he is supposed to score. Harden is basically the starting PG and yet he doesn't pass the ball very much according to this. However, the numbers aren't that significant without more context

Not enough data, most of theseplayers are finishers/spot upshooters. Theyre expected to shoot the ball. Can you define "Pass Rate"?

None of them won any titles. Notice how lbj ain't on that list. Or Duncan, or nowitzki, wade, bosh, heck, I didn't even see Kobe on that list.

"Now, thanks to the new camera tracking technology that the NBA installed in every arena, we have that data."

Pass rate = (Passes per game) / (Touches per game)

How many ball hogs are PGs or play the PG role on that top 20 list? Ask yourself that.

You are correct. The stats are raw. The catch and shoot types should be taken out of the list. James Harden would go much higher up on the list if they weren't based on raw stats.

nick young shouldnt be on that list. its unfair to him. the only time he even GETS the ball is when hes supposed to shoot. the lakers dont let him operate as a ball handler in any capacity.

the fact that hes even passing at all means that he wasnt open enough

Get back to me after 50 games or so.

You know what's worse than people who completely ignore advanced metrics? People who use advanced metrics to prove a point, without understanding how to interpret them.

The unwarranted, unnecessary, and flat out idiotic Harden hate continues to spiral more and more out of control...

This is passing rate, most of them are SG play off ball, volume shooters.

Only James is primary ball handler.
