thats not what you say when sinohero goes out and posts fifteen thread topics pro-bush, pro-war.

it's pathetic how people from both sides just completely dismiss stuff when they just dont agree with it.

Glynch, buddy...I love you a whole hell of a lot more than I like Bush nowadays, but this is basically a non-event. He did look like a wannabe in the video I saw, but this is the kind of crap so many politicians pull...kissing babies, making friendly with the troops, throwing out the first pitch...it's all food for the soundbite culture we live in, sadly, and we can't fault Bush any more than others...

LOL -- MacB, you're as subtle as a sledgehammer. It's probably time to put the tequila bottle down and turn the computer off before you post something you really regret (ie...the inherent fairness of a flat-tax system). Nighty-nite.

When even your joking flirtations get the cold shoulder, it is probably a sign that you haven't got the touch on that particular day...Well, when the going gets tough...So...Batman...How YOU doin?

When I see Bush on television i put it on mute to watch it. I already know exactly what he's going to say before he says it. The man doesn't have an independent bone in his body.

I"m ex-military, and I don't think Bush served a ******* day in any real unit. He's what we call a pogue.

He allows the Generals to make the decisions, so the troops are being led by career military men who understand the true risks of the battlefield.

Heath, I know you support Bush, but where have you been?

Bush lets Rumsfeld, a civilian, run the show, not the generals.

Rumsfeld is and never was a general or even career military. Rumsfeld has been a politico since his days as an aide to the famous Nixon henchman, Haldeman, in the Nixon White House. He of course played on his connections to go to work for such companies as Bechtel, who he is now rewarding handsomely, before returning to the Bush II White House. Unlike many of the chickenhawks he at least was in the military, though not in combat.

Don't you remember the controversy? The generals were being overruled by Rumsfeld on such issues as the number of troops to be sent, the issue with supply lines, etc.? You would be more effective in your single minded advocacy for Bush and the Republican line if you wouldn't make such factual errors.

What a hypocrite. You want to say "it's pathetic how people from both sides just completely dismiss stuff when they just don’t agree with it" in essence lumping everyone into a group, left or right, when you do it in the sentance proceeding it.

Do not try to generalize, or suggest that I am a certain way b/c I have beliefs about a particular topic. I have been through this with several other people who have accused me of doing something I didn't do. Ask Timing.

Instead of putting drivel out there, take some time and show proof to validate what you are suggesting. Show me all my posts in sinohero's threads. Show me where I suggest that anything this Administration does is perfect.

I will only comment what I believe in, and people like you make assumptions and lump people all into one category or another.

Am I pro-Bush? Yes. Does that mean I agree with 100% of what he does? No. Will I speak out when I have a strong opinion about something he does that is not to my liking? Yes.

It’s kind of like being a certain religion. Not all Catholics agree with or live 100% by what the Vatican says, but does that mean they are not Catholic? It goes for Baptist, or Jewish and so on?

If I agree with a Party or President more than the other party or candidate, then I vote for them and support that candidate. Its not that EVERYTHING that party or President does is perfect by me.

Under that mode of thinking anyone who voted for Clinton was pleased that his or her President was getting oral sex in the Oval Office? They had no problem with the cramming of cigars into one Monica Lewinsky ‘s vagina.

You can throw **** and see if it sticks to the walls, but please do it elsewhere we do not like the stinch.
