Not really an accurate test, since one is far more likely to happen should somebody live out their lives normally. A more accurate test would be, one is more likely to steal your freedom than the other is likely to steal your life. The result would be Bush is more likely to seize your freedom, than a terrorist is likely to seize your life.

Which is more dangerous? 30 terrorists taking 5 years to plan an attack that will kill thousands of lives on a single day or 300 terrorists who can't make a more formitable plan than carrying out single suicide attacks?
