Of course, now that I brought it up, if conservatives play it like they normally do, they'll accuse me of saying that Bush did this instead of using reading comprehension 101. See: Dean, Howard
Point proved. I merely said I wouldn't be surprised. Never said I believed they did it or would. I never even typed Saddam's name.
What's funny is how you underestimate others. Sure you can word something to leave it open-ended, or in the form of a question. *Technically*, judging by words alone, you are not necessarily implying something, however given your history of bitterness and anger towards America's leadership and the efforts of our military, it is not too hard to read between the lines and figure out what subtle jab or slander you are attempting to make. You are as transparent as they come. I laugh out loud when I stop to think that you do not realize this.
God, it's like a car wreck, I can't look away. Reading comprehension 101, T_J. I said "for political purposes". How you came to the conclusion that I also meant for strategic reasons is absolutely amazing. Par for the course, actually.
Will you please point out to me where I've shown bitterness and anger (you criticizing bitterness and anger is hysterical, btw...I needed my early afternoon laugh til I cry...predictable) towards this war? I've been for this war since day one, just not behind the methods for getting to the war and the spinning after the fact. I'm as happy as T_J throwing cats down gutters that we got rid of Saddam and I support our troops 100%. You have no idea what you're talking about.
See my previous post. No, actually it is not reading comprehension, I am calling you out for perpetually attempting to hide behind semantics in an effort to not take responsibility for your own viewpoints. You sound like Clinton. Technically he only came in contact with her lips.... Well it depends on what the meaning of the word 'is' is. All can see your intentions. Your attempts at hiding are ridiculous. It's like you are 8 feet wide and hiding behind a 1 foot wide pole and thinking people can't see you. Laughable.
Do you not remember the anger that the US showed after Pakistan revealed Kalid Shaik Mohammed's capture so soon. When al Queda doesn't know that their friends are captured, they could still try to communicate with them. This will lead to more arrests. They also may be inclined to move to another location after a known capture is announced. Not knowing about the capture would not raise their level of caution and we could catch more of them.
Yeah, it doesn't help matters when I've reverted back to 2000 RM95. The ignore list is too hard to ignore.
RM95, Let him go. There will be no Xmas miracle this year. Whatever you do, don't let yourself think of him, the oldest wallflower at the young republicans Xmas party. Most importantly, don't let yourself visualize him spending Christmas eve at Treasures, tears occasionally welling in his eyes as he tucks five dollar bills for a little human companionship. I think I'm going to cry. Oh god. ... (*sniff*) Sorry.
Funny, most people here and in real life would completely disagree with you. I'll take the majority over you anyday. Don't you have your secretary's wardrobe to worry about Mr. Versace?
We are aruging as if one side is above another. Everyone plays the political game. You don't became the president of U.S. without side steping a few landmines and rid a few enemies. I'd be very happy if we have Osama, and if Bush decides its better to bring him out at a certain time, so be it. Clinton would most likely do the same thing if he were in the same situation.
I love it! Ladies and Gentlemen, I present Trader_Jorge, member #1 of John Ashcroft's Danger Ranger club. T_J, I love how you can interpret anything for your own spin and benefit. Keep up the good work...I can't watch the Comedy Channel while I'm in my office!!
After stepping out of my office for a moment, I returned to look at the hide 'n go seek picture for a second time. It's hilarious! I love it!
You're probably the only one. Is that you and big_texxx and he's about to surprise you with an impromptu fashon show? WORK IT BIG BOY
Another poll... This one show's how far we've fallen. It used to be theBeatloes were bigger than Christ and now it's Paris Hilton is bigger than Bush. Once again let me state that Hilton is a damn good argument in favor of the estate tax. ______________ Paris Hilton bigger TV draw than Bush Dec. 18, 2003 | NEW YORK (AP) -- Paris Hilton was a bigger television draw than President Bush this week. So, for that matter, was Mark Harmon. ABC's interview of the president by Diane Sawyer, telecast Tuesday, only two days after the capture of Saddam Hussein was announced, was seen by 11 million people, according to Nielsen Media Research. Meanwhile, Fox's "The Simple Life," with Hilton terrorizing an Arkansas town, was seen by 11.9 million, Nielsen said Thursday. During the half-hour where the two shows competed directly, ABC's Bush interview had 11.3 million viewers. Meanwhile, the CBS drama "Navy NCIS" starring Harmon had an audience of 12 million. Bush can console himself with the knowledge that he was more popular than a "Whoopi" rerun, which had 7.3 million people watching on NBC.
