i didn't expect the results in the first 2 months...i knew it would take longer to push through a middle class tax cut. he never really attempted.

um, no. Bush never supported the Kyoto Protocol...not that I've ever heard of. I don't think any Republican candidate supported it.

 

Damn, now I really have to dig. 2001 seems so long ago now. My short-term memory really sucks at times.

But I do know that he did a few things in Jan and Feb that seemed to go against some of his campaign promises.
