It's not a lie. He has ALREADY had his policy advisor meet with Hamas, and furthermore, he DECLINED to criticize Jimmy Carter after he met with Hamas. Lastly, he carries Hamas' endorsement for President -- they say they 'trust' him. WTF does that mean? Are we going to elect a President who is 'trusted' by a terrorism sponsor?

This is serious stuff people. This can't be covered up by a well-mouthed teleprompted speech.

I don't believe that. I just don't. There are a lot of things that I just don't trust Obama on, and this type of stuff is exactly it. What's the old saying, 'ask for forgiveness rather than permission'. Furthermore, Obama has consistently dodged questions about Hamas. Remember the waffles dust-up? Yeah. Yet you still trust him on the issue? I sure don't.

The problem is all these political noobs that support Obama aren't used to differentiating what is spin and what is legit in politics. It's their first go-round and they just take everything at face value.

    My points stand.

What disturbs me is the ability of such ignorant fools to actually have a forum on radio, or any other media, to babble their nonsense. Was this guy a high school dropout? I thought everyone would at least know the history of the appeasement of Hitler and Germany that led to WWII. Ownage indeed, although it wasn't hard for Matthews to make him look the fool.

    Impeach Bush.

IT was part of the guys job for the ICG to interview everyone in the area to develop analytic reports. He didn't have meetings with them to discuss anything, just interviews not just to Hamas but every group involved in the region. THen he informed the state department of what he learned.

This is intelligence gathering and research.

In the Art of War, it recommends that you know your enemy. If you do not engage with the enemy, to learn their weakness, their ways, and how to win whole - you are a fool.

Of course, you might not agree with the wisdom of a 1000 year old text or thinking, but you might want to consider it :)

This is such a gift for Obama it's almost unfair. It's like giving him an at bat at Tee-ball. Let's see how hard he hits it today.

Sorry TJ but you don't know what you're talking about.

You have no evidence to back up your claims about Obama and hamas. Remember Al-Qaeda wants the U.S. to stay in Iraq, and Bush and McCain are both in favor of carrying out Al-Qaeda's wishes.

I'd give it a triple. He could have stolen home, but held up.

No threats, no anger, just laying out the facts.

    Critical reasoning on display.

Oh my. This would be both funny and ironic if it weren't so sad.

'aides privately indicated' -- now that is a solid statement. Hilarious.

anyone else find it ironic that bush is pleading with the home of the 9-11 highjackers to give us some more oil while criticizing others for the way they supposedly want to handle terrorists.
