    What's funny is that you'd think that uppercut would knock her the hell out (I jumped when it connected), but he also threw her off the bus... literally. Then threw her stuff out. She came back still talking and wanting to fight. Unreal.

    Sorry to be a prick here, but the bus driver has to be fired and arrested, this easily could have escalated in two ways:

    1) Loss of control of the vehicle: accidentally by him, or deliberately by her.
    2) Use of a concealed deadly weapon by her, or a friend just for the sake of self defense.
    3) The minute he grabbed her throat there's potential of a life-threatening injury. I don't know the law but it seems beyond presumed criminal charges there may be grounds for civil action against the municipality.

    **Assuming it's public transit, he already has procedures and dedicated police support for incidents like this. Furthermore he's already in breach by engaging in mutual antagonism past a point where he would have already been procedurally justified in removing her from the bus.
