I could live with that if Lakers agreed.

I hope Parsons is the young asset to go. Terrence makes him expendable, and I don't think Parsons can play with Lin, as they have similar personalities and I think Parsons wants to be "the guy," the one who takes the last shot, and get to handle the ball more, which is also the reason why Lin chose to come to Rockets. With his personality, I don't think Chandler would be satisfied just being a defensive specialist. I think he wants to become a star. I just don't think he can mesh with Lin, in a similar way that Melo's personality doesn't mesh with Lin's. What better place for Chandler to be a star than the state of Florida where he went to college?

So what is the likelihood Dwight Howard/Andrew Bynum is a Rocket by the end of tomorrow?

Thanks! I hope this gets done sooner rather than later. Fans are tired of hearing about it, teams are tired of dealing with it, and I'm sure Dwight is tired of having everything up in the air and having a bunch of negative publicity

    DeAndre Jordan 12 mil
    JaFail McGee 12 mil

Asik is an elite defensive specialist, better the 2 above and Omer is better offensively than Jordan, and I dont believe McGee is better offensively either, so what do you guys want?

Asik is more disciplined and focused all the time out on the court, Mcgee? HA look at his sportscenter blunders.. Jordan is even worse than Blake Griffin on offense and thats a dirty shame

give me Asik at an 8 mil bargain anyday of the week and twice on sunday

***1 more nugget of info (Centers are traditionally overpaid anyway) but Asik is on a great contract, youll see

What has Parsons ever done to make you think anything you just said would be true?

In fact, I would argue the exact opposite to be the case.

...serious general question to our generous source here(thanks again).

What's the deal with Dallas? I'm not a huge fan of Houston either, but Dallas is about the most boring city I have ever been and even the biggest basketball star there(Dirk) is always going to play second fiddle with both the fans and endorsers to any football player in that city. Why do stars(including Dwight) always mention Dallas as a potential destination? I understand Dwill, but why would Dwight or any other star for that matter care?

I have this theory that whenever Dallas is mentioned, that means the list is coming straight from an agent who prefers Dallas because they have historically thrown lots of money at their problems(and it ends up in agent's pockets). I heard Cuban saying the new CBA is going to put an end to that as a strategy to create a competitive advantage at least for him....curious if my theory is somewhat substantiated and if so, how does the new CBA impact Dallas as a large market destination.

Maybe we should've taken him to an Astros game...that probably would've swayed him.

**** Dwight. Give me Bynum! All aboard the Bynum trade now. Thought I do worry that him and McHale will clash many, many times.

So the magic have an official "full" offer from the rockets now... since I assume nothing could be totally complete until after Asik signed and Lee was gone-zo.

Should be an interesting weekend ahead.

You pretty much nailed it on the spot! That is why many would go to Dallas... But when was the last time they got a real big time FA? The only reason they are in discussions with a lot is because a lot of players wanted to go home! (Dwill)

People want to play for Dallas because Cuban is a bad ass owner.

Well, do you think that Parsons would be satisfied being a defensive specialist?
