Best PF behind Scola? Lmao. Man you have just made Taj Gibson the most overrated player on here since Gortat. What can he do outside of what Jordan Hill? Absolutley nothing. Terrible idea, I'm keeping Jordan Hill

What exactly does Jordan Hill do better than Taj Gibson? Gibson is smarter, a better scorer, a better rebounder, has a better jumpshot, blocks more shots and is a better passer than Jordan Hill.

Gibson averaged 9 points and 7.5 rebounds a game as a rookie playing 27MPG. If he got extended time, he would average a double double. I called him a young Boozer because in Carlos' first year, he averaged 10 points and 7.5 rebounds in 25 minutes. Plus, they're both bald.

I believe that Chicago has the Bobcats' first round pick form the Tyrus Thomas trade. That is the one I was referring to.

Loved your trade proposal. Think it makes sense for both sides. I would do it even without Taj.. may have to sweeten the deal if they include him.

Gibson is scrappy, solid, and reliable day-to-day. Hill isn't it right now. Gibson is the best player today, maybe not tomorrow.

They have Kurt Thomas in the end of the bench, he could get Gibson's minutes, and with Lee they got a better starting SG than Bogans. It has sense for them.

    Rox get Anderson Varejao
    - Rox get their center
    Bulls get C.Lee
    - Bulls get their SG
Cavs get Taj Gibson and JJ
    - Cavs get another big to groom with Hickson and get out of a LONG term deal.

    AB/Lowry
    Martin/TWILL
    Battier/Bud
    Scola/Hayes
    AV/Miller

Only problem I see is that AV isn't a shot blocker but dam good rebounder and defender.

I think that would leave us a all-star SF from being VERY dangerous.

Sure, all we need back is Derick Rose.

Actually, I have little interest in any of Bull player, even rose.
I think Rose is somewhat overrated though he is a good player. He can not be an All-star level player.
If we can get Brewer with small cost, I would do it.

I just don't see much upside to Gibson, who is already 25 in his 2nd year, this guy is going to age super fast ... and Hill is the better overall specimen, let Hill get to 25(two season's from now), and I bet you he will be a lot more productive than Gibson is now..

These people from other teams are talking alot but not offeing anything. We should be talking draft picks and young players here if they think they are gonna get some of our players. If not then don talk to us. Not starting a fire sale here.

ESPN - Bulls interested in Courtney Lee

    Lock if already posted...

UPDATE: Another name to add to the list for the Bulls is Houston's Courtney Lee.

"The Bulls have scouted Rockets guard Courtney Lee, who is well-regarded for his defense and toughness," wrote K.C. Johnson of the Chicago Tribune. "But even if talks became serious, he's a 37.9 percent career 3-point shooter and might represent only a minor upgrade."

Courtney Lee seems to be our most coveted player, based on the trade chatter.

Funny how the Nets decided to let him go for just Murphy (who spent most of the seaon in the coach's doghouse, it seems), funny how New Orleans didn't wnat Lee for themselves.

Yeah I don't get the "minor upgrade" comment. Lee would be a sold pickup for the Bulls. Would the Bulls first round pick via the Bobcats do it?
