When you have a guy capable of hitting a guy in stride 60 yards downfield I'd say thats one skill any QB would kill to possess. Thats why the Colts gave up 2 1st round picks, their LT and best WR for the rights to draft him 1st overall in 1990. Sadly Jeff never really seemed that interested in being a QB, but would rather spend time pissing off teammates and coaches.
