    funny, mateo.

as for me i will not drink zima, hard cola/limonade, coolers etc.
however, i can drink just about any beer. given a choice it wouldn't be bud light, lite, or any "light" beer. my favorite beer changes according to mood, situation/location and time of year. as it's currently as hot and humid here in nyc as a nasty houston summer day, i have been drinking this lately,
    it's deeelish:

Miller Lite. If people show up at my house with Bud Light I won't even allow them to bring that crap in my house.

Shouldn't urine have been the third poll option?

Not sure how you can say that Bud Light, Miller Light, etc. are not "beer". It might be a different taste than you are used to, but that are in fact beers. The attraction of the light beers is the fact that it is something you can drink at an event or occasion for a long period of time. Like a tailgate or a party or something else. There are stronger beers out there of course, but that is not something you want to be drinking for hours as you would be passed out before kickoff. I also think it is just a taste thing. Like I said before, Bud Select is my choice as it has taste, yet it is light enough that I can drink while watching baseball for hours.

Now, If I am at home, drinking a beer with dinner or something I will drink some St. Arnold's Lawnmower. That is some good stuff.

Anyone who drank Bud products during last year's NLCS isn't a true Astros fan and you're partly to blame for our loss. :D

Do you drink any of the Brooklyn beers? I just had some Brooklynn Ale the other day and it was very good. It's pretty easy to find in Baltimore liquor stores.

For real - those who say that Bud Light and/or Miller taste like piss...have you guys drank piss before - REAL piss?? :p  ;)

I am not a beer drinker but I have drunk far more Bud Lights than Millers; however, I would want to hear from those who have drunk Sam Adams. Is that stuff any good or not?

If that is the punishment for ever drinking Bud products, I swear I will never drink that crap ever again. I would take my chances in hell over going back to St Louis. It is so good to be home. Speaking of which, when are we having another Clutch BBS get together?

no i haven't, but with all this talk i may end up headin' out the local beer store (we call it the yellow store) and see if they have it. they carry a decent selection and usually have a pretty good selection of summer stocks (shiner, sierra, north coast, etc.)..... speaking of which, sierra summer stock is pretty tasty, picked up a sixer a few weeks ago. sipped 'em while chillin' at the fraternity house down on the blanco river..... :D

Personally, I'm not a big fan of it, or any other summer brew.

If you like something light in the summer, go with a hefeweisen.

I'd suggest hacker-pshorr, franziskaner, or even paulaner over lawnmower. But that's just me.

First of all, Corona has to be the worst beer on the planet. If you're ever in Mexico, not Cancun, real Mexico, people laugh at the fact that the american tourists drink that crap. It's called mexican beer and they don't even drink it. It is simply an Americanized "Mexican" beer that everyone thinks is cool.

As far as the poll goes I voted Miller Lite, and always drink Miller Lite. You can't compare the Miller Lites and Bud Lites of the world to those that are dark heavy beers. It's like comparing Dr. Pepper to Fresca. They are totally different drinks.

I hate to mix liquor with coke or anything with caffeine, you get drunk and can't go to sleep, worst feeling in the world.
