maybe he didn't know Hakeem went to UH just like he didn't know the Rockets moved to Houston from San Diego.

you take away Akeem and Andre Ware, then UH sports history is probably worst than San Diego States.

Don't get me wrong, I like U of H. they have the original Frenchy's near by.

A simple typo is not a measure of intelligence. Something like the Wonderlic, or buying a Titans jersey instead of being a fan of a sports team of the great city of Houston, like the Houston Rockets would be.

VY is a complete moron and a head case. A typical POS. I am surprised hes isn't in a mental hospital for good. The could give him plenty of coloring books or Lego Batman to play with. He can not take the pressure of being a decent human being. He should be locked up, and/or lobotomized. Maybe his momma breast him him a little extra last night... But his weak mental make up will eventually take back over. He will be living under a bridge in no time. And that fate way too generous for him and his deranged teeny-bopper, freakishly obsessed fans.

If you're going to bag on UH academics, you should probably try to not sound like a total r****d while doing it.

Oh, it's the unwritten rule here, it's cool to diss the University of Texas, the largest number of alumni in the city of Houston, but it's against the heavens to diss on U of H.

If all the UT alumni left Houston, Houston would turn into Baytown.

It's so obvious that people who dislike VY and think he's the most hated person in the city of Houston (where he lives) are not fans of the University of Texas.

How many is that? I believe UH has 250K. Not that I care, or that it matters.

What does UH or UT have to do with this? Why did you bring them into it?

Are you on the right message board?

Where's the Dat Nguyen hate? he played for the Cowboys..

Oh wait, he went to A&M and he's from Rockport.

Why is Vince Young such a hot topic? He brought glory to Houston high school football right? Am I right?

He goes to Rockets games wearing vintage Rockets jerseys right?

People act like this guy is John Stockton or Kermit Washington.

You know the story of the college rivalries here dude. For a guy who's only played 1 game this season, he seems to touch off some of you guys.

Just wondering...tell me exactly why I should root for a player to succeed who is on a team that is in the SAME division as my home team, which I live and die for? Why would I, as a fanatic of the HOUSTON TEXANS, want that player to do well and win games for my division rival? I bet you just root your ass off for the Oklahoma Sooners. I mean, half their team consists of HOUSTONIANS.
