Just because you're too incompetent to make a lot of money doesn't mean you should hate on others that can and do. If Shaq gave you 2 mil, and then made you take it up the a$$ long and hard from him every nite, you'd be begging for sympathy from everyone. You should hold yourself at a higher standard than you hold others--not the other way around.

    Regarding Yi:
The Bucks should have put the team first, not their bank accounts. They haven't even signed the guy, and they already have Yi draft feature and Yi wallpapers on their website. It's not like Yi wasn't clear about his intentions before the draft. They sold out their regular fan-base for greed. The Bucks are getting exactly what they deserve.

Man some of the analogies you guys come up with are hilarious. Never been to Milwaukee but comparing it to taking it up the ass is a pretty bad comparison. You travel 9 months out of the year, with the off season to stay in shape and out of trouble. You basically have as many workdays as a teacher except you get paid millions to keep your body healthy and in check, screw a lot of floozys, do the occasional charity foundation sponsored by the NBA, all the while keeping a positive public media image. And you're comparing that to taking it in the ass? What the hell are you smoking? And no I don't want to know where you got it.

FYI Chicago never was that big a basketball city until Jordan came and made it the basketball crazed city it was in the 90s and to a lesser extent today. A great player can resurrect even a less popular city in a less popular sport into the upper echelon if he's good and exciting. Fact is if Yi was truly good, every non Yi and Bucks fan would get sick of all the hype and fuss over him all year long the way people grew tired of the Lebron hype. You really think Cleveland is any more desirable a city to live in marketing wise than Milwaukee?

The league already has a rule in place for players that don't want to report. They can sit out for a year, lose millions, and then enter the draft again. The rule deters this from happening 99% of the time.

Well it's not a perfect analogy--why you so nit picky?? =)

On a serious note tho, my point holds true: Rich people should not have their rights revoked just because their rich--rights should be equal to all individuals regardless of wealth. People shouldn't be unjustifiably bitter about it.

I don't think Cleveland is even on Yi's list of preferred cities. I don't see how the Jordan/Chicago is an issue. I believe Chicago is on Yi's list b/c there's actually a decent sized Chinese population residing there.
