Bryant, Howard "beyond icy" with each other at All-Star locker room

This! Media trying to stir up drama. These guys are adults. I seriously doubt they are really having a high school episode.

Nobody hates the Wizards/Bobcats/Magic. I'm sure none of them would want Dwight.

No, I was jabbing at RedRedemption for saying he doesn't want Dwight because we're likable.

 

If the two really don't like each other I doubt Howard would go put Kobe jrsey on and mock him to a bunch of guys especially with the media around. Then Kobe just comes out of nowhere and greets everyone except Howard.

Just doesn't add up

 

unless the hatred between the two has been realized. If it's really that bad I could see it happening. Either Dwight knows he just has to put up with Kobe for a few more years and that he's the heir apparent so he just shrugs him off. OR he knows he's out of there in a few months and, again, doesn't care what Kobe thinks.

The NYPost is not a legit source. It's the equivalent of the National Enquirer.

 

Also keep in mind, the ASG/ASW has legitimate media National/International and local media and NO ONE, not one other media organization wrote or confirmed this story. Yet the NY Post somehow got the scoop? Yeah right.

Also, during All-Star weekend/the All-Star game, the only media allowed in the locker room before and after the game are NBATV and TNT.

Figure if their camera crew saw anything like this, they would have let the main TNT analysts know this and the ESPN reporters would have written about it as well.

I'd put as little stock as possible into this report.

 

Kobe and Dwight have the biggest ego in the NBA. Remember Kobe didn't get along with Shaq before they met and kissed up a few weeks ago, one reason Shaq went to the Heat at that time. And he mocked Gasol with "big boy pants" and Bynum blamed him for "stunting his growth." You see Durant and Westbrook hanging out with Harden, but you don't see Kobe hanging out with anyone except his wife and girls (his kids). I remember reading that Kobe has no best friends in the NBA and has said his best friend is his father. There is some truth to that Kobe and DHo being icy towards each other.
