LOL @ some people still take reputation over object facts.

Like someone mentioned, Kobe is not a bad shooter when the game is on the line. The problem is, during those situations, everybody and his mom knows that Kobe is going to get the ball AND HE IS NOT GOING TO PASS. That makes the shots so much more difficult. He has no one to blame but himself. Even Michael Jordan when tightly guarded would pass to Jim Paxson for the game winner.

One of the top five players in the league? James, Wade, Howard, Rose, and Durant might have something to say about that.

I think Kobe should and will be remembered for his ability to score in very difficult stretches in games. It could be the end of a game or even the entire 4th quarter against a good defense. There are times when a good defensive team locks in and it is seemingly impossible for the team to get easy shots so the star must take tough ones. Kobe is great at making those tough shots. Iverson and Derrick Rose were/are pretty good at that as well.

It is a valuable talent. I'm sure Heat fans were wishing their stars had much more of it earlier in the season.

were they not a combined 3-19 or something this year, haha. I wouldn't either of them. This year I'll take Kevin Durant as my number 1, boy is clutch. Manu would probably be my second choice even though I hate him. Lastly I'd go with Gary Neal.....the guy is 1-1 in the clutch..
