Sad if true. Definitely one of the last guys in the NBA I would ever expect to be accused of something like this. It sounds like a frameup but this is a criminal investigation.

Two pieces of advice about sexual assault charges and celebrities: 1) Assume NOTHING until you see the evidence presented and tested in court. Imagine being similarly accused yourself. 2) If he's convicted, cut him no slack. No excuses for being horny or "led on," and no sympathy for being rich enough to hire big lawyers and PR people to make him look sympathetic. But unless and until he's convicted, stick to #1. You'd want the same courtesy yourself.
Bingo! Not only Kobe's courtesy of being accused of something he might not have done, if this is true show courtesy to the victim. Imagine if you were assaulted and all you saw were people saying you were lying or faking for money even though you really WERE assaulted. Show courtesy to everyone here.

Unbelievable news. There's probably some kind of extortion from the woman. She probably wants Kobe to settle it for Money.
I would worry about it if there was even a remote chance of Kobe Bryant or the woman involved reading this thread. Kobe needs to learn to avoid taking women other than his wife to hotels......
Innocent until proven guilty. I can't believe this though. I'm not mistaken, a women recently, possibly from Colorado, claimed that she had an child with Ozzy Osbourne and was looking for money. Her proof that the child was Ozzy's was that the kid had a real bad stutter. Even though we all know Ozzy stutters from years of drug abuse, there didn't need to be a drug test because Ozzy had a vasectomy 17 years ago.

It doesn't matter how hot his wife is: look at JKidd's wife, Joumana. She's freaking hot and he still supposedly hit her once in a fit of rage. Sh*t happens, even if your wife is hot. But still, let's give this some time to develop before we start speculating about anything.
