I finally got the influence expansion, but I haven't gotten domination rank 1 yet. Could my zone shrink back to the 3x3 if I lose enough troops? I'm going to start up the "free region" quest and will probably suffer heavy casualties in a short amount of time. Also, should we be sending our magicians to other allied towns with magic guilds?
I don't know on either account, but I don't think your zone will shrink. If your other magic guild has different spells, it's the only way your hero will learn them. If not, I don't see why.
Haven has the weakest magic, and the strongest troops. Still, every little bit counts. And I can't really speak to the end game at this point.
He means your own towns- if you've reached level 2 in any of your 3 primary stats, you can found a new town.
Is the knight class and all its defensive buffs used only for defending against sieges and attacks? It has no bearing if I'm still trying to free neighboring squares right?
Thanks for your answers so far Xerobull. I saw on their forums that you said you respecced one of your heroes and you didn't suffer the 2 point penalty. Is this true?
Site is down for everyone. Yes the hero DID suffer the 2 point penalty and the 2 day out of action time. However, there was no re-training time. I just spent the points accordingly.
