I got 30 fights, it was like a dollar so I bought two. It goes over 30, since I can't seem to accept anyones challenges hardly I issue most of mine, After buying two I had like 60 challenges and 140 fights available Right now im 30 challenges and 40 available Then I realised after going to sleep that night the next day I had like 40 more for each so in my mind even though it was 2 dollars just wait a day and you'll have alot of fights available
Man, I suck at this game. I definitely messed up by trying to build up three different attacks. But on top of that, I probably suck as well. I'll start over one time, and try it again, but if I still suck, then I'm done.
is there a point system to moving up a belt? I think there should be a faq for that so people have an idea that just fighting whites isn't going to get you very far if you are an orange. Also, something like a win % next to your name could increase the competitiveness, no one likes fractions. Strategy wise, the best way to maintain a high win % is really to build up one attack. Majority of fights are decided in the opening salvo since blocking first tends not to be a good strategy against an attacking opponent (33% chance to block vs 66% to hit against a random person). When you start, you can only beat someone in four moves minimum (unless by having more life in the end which is rare). Move up three levels and you will have 10 bonus point hits to one attack. So if its a punch, that's 35/35/35/35, you can kill in three moves (the magic number to know is 34). Next step is to keep on building that up until you don't need to spend so much chi so you can do more attacks. Ex, if I have 16 points in an attack, I only need to spend 18 chi. 18/18/18/18/18 with ten points extra means you need to hit them at least 3/5 times to knock them out. When you have 20 pts, you have to hit them at least 3 out of seven times to win (14/14/14/14/14/14/14). You keep building this up until your attack is at +26. Why +26? this means you can kill someone in two hits. Adopt the same strategy moving forward and get enough points to diversify your attacks. You will find that you get hit a lot but that you kill them before they kill you. This strategy really only works against those who are too lazy to study up on you, and even if they do, you can still beat them at least 30-40% of the time. Not surprisingly, most people don't study you up so eventually when you can beat people in three moves, you will win at least 70% of your fights, and 2 moves you will win 95%. Your other losses will come from those who overpower you and have the same attack since they are spending 34+ points of chi per attack. However, this is still a minority of players. Again, this isn't the best strategy, per se, the best strategy is to study up on everyone, but it does guarantee that you will maintain a win %. It also means that xerobull and realjad will own your ass.
There IS a point system, but I'm not sure what it is. Nate has said that a yellow belt beating up on an unleveled white belt will get you next to no points. And conversely, beating a higher level player will get you big payoff. I'll see about getting some info out of him. Many players do sort of 'study' up on players- the top players who they fight a lot. Believe me, having all of your trains in one attack hurts later on when the field is better players. I'm working to correct that, though.
I must admit that I took advantage of you several times. That's after 8 or 9 consecutives loses though.
yeah I heard you have to get a certain amount of wins AND get enough of those points which I think might be money im not sure but notice u get next to nothing in money from a white belt yet i can get like 10 bucks off a blue BTW I've always trained 2 attacks, I guess you could train up one and then get another once that ones high enough but having one attack does hurt later on in the game If your a low belt fight guys in your league, or a belt higher
I am the worst player of this game of all time - I am going to delete my account and never play this crap again.
Those of you that were in the old Oil Empire Cartel.. Does it bring ya'll extra satisfaction when you whoop the pants off and old Secret Cabal member? I've beaten Tashi 4 out of 5 times and it gets me off every time. LOL.
Okay, I don't suck nearly as much as I used to. Once I got 10 points in one attack, thereby having the ability to knock out with 3 hits, I was much more effective. Also, I don't make open fights that much anymore. I like being able to control who I fight and scout them out if they look tough. BTW, I started a new account. I'm emcable.
I had some epic battles w/ Donnymost and Shangchi. One thing I learned is to max out your good punch and diversify later... I tried the 30 credits thing yesterday and used almost all of it, but today I've maxed out at 20. I'll issue challenges but see if my fights stay at 20 tomorrow.
When you get to a higher belt you can no longer accept low belts fights, it just wont show up. I think I was around 400-39 or somthing? then I suddenly was unable to accept ANY fights..so I had to issue all my fights thus u will always lose more, because of having to make the challenges in the higher belts my records fallen to 462 and 62 losses. It's to hard to find a fight
My fights/challenges max out at 20, so that's the regen cap even after you use credits to buy more challenges. Maybe the trick is not to run below 20 if you do buy more.
there is always no fights going on. i dont know if it has to do with the fact that it is 2am in the morning.
I added a thread to the official Karate RPG boards for ideas. Please add your input. The OFFICIAL feedback/wish list thread If you haven't registered for the official boards, please do so and post something in the Karate RPG section- the more interest that Nate sees in this game, the more love he's going to give it.
The main thing i want are some quantifiables. Right now its basically me vs. navy seals every day... getting boring
Yeah, its basically me vs navy too.. Luckily I own him but his kick is brutal ~Edit~ YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS Mano a Mano Challenges HAVE finally been implemented, now we can issue our challenges to whoever we want!! So fatr Natedog/Donnymost/ and bushgeorge have issued me challenges, this rules (opens browser to go own the 3)
I accepted your challenge thinking blue is one belt above orange. Now that blood has been spilled...REMATCH!!!
