I think your post is spot on! McHale has done a terrific job this season and I thnk DM likes McHale and the coaching staff.

Hey if Mike Brown is back in Cleveland, then Dwight can kiss and make up with SVG in Houston.

No to either Van Gundy. Jeff has the least imagination offensively, it's dreadful. Stan is very fickle in his decision in crunch time.

McHale has one more year on his contract, let him finish that out and let's see the prospect. If we can add a star in this off-season or by the start of the following 2014-2015 season, we need to look for a veteran coach that understands balance. Like Adelman again, perhaps even contact Jerry Sloan.

But no to Van Gundy. I don't like McMillan, indifferent on Byron Scott. Lawrence Frank isn't that bad, just got a bad rep. Scott Skiles is more of a disciplinary coach, I would not mind him for a year or two if we see no one else viable cause he generally warms out his welcome in that span. Then there is Doug Collins who plays super conservatively, and wouldn't be as progressive thinking in our development but given a concrete roster structure he could be good for us.

    hahaha.

This roster is so NOT JVG.

I think he prefers a bunch of defensive guys with one or two scorers.

SVG has a winning record, likes the three ball, and seems to be open to the use of stats to inform coaching decisions. Seems like the ideal coach for this team.

We should get Stan and Jeff in Houston on the same coaching staff.

There goes our chance for Dwight lol. But I do like how SVG coaches so either way is fine with me.

Very good defensive coach. Always had his team prepared. Long practices. Long walk-throughs. Good in late game situations and timeout management.

His offense in Orlando with very basic. Lots of pick&rolls. Some basic NBA sets. A few post-up wrinkles. May have been limited by lack of play-makers at times. Hard to tell how his offense would look without a post presence/roll threat.

The vast majority of his players seemed to like him. Appears to be a good teacher. Good with the media.

both SVG AND JVG would be a dream come true. The arguments would be epic. I would pay to watch them run a practice.

but the chances of this happening is as bad as Broussard's sources, so this probably won't happen

If DDDDDDDDDDDwight asks for a certain coach to the Rockets as a condition to sign, I bet Alexander and Morey will bite.

Broussard has lost so much credibility among media folk...i really think he just got on Clutchfans...and saw all of us rip on Mchale and decided this would be a nice little new breaking news...what a troll..

With that being said...I wouldn't mind Mario, I meant Stan...on the Rockets staff...

Wade, Shaq, and Dwight. All of them wanted SVG off their teams.

Only if we get a legit PF that can play the half-court.

Just curious, if we get swept swept, do you guys think that justifies firing Mchale? I personally am not a fan but I think anything short of a sweep and we're definitely stuck with him

Dwight lets it known he has no hard feelings towards SVG, and respects him more.

Idiots interpret it as "I want SVG as my coach, and expect whoever is coach where I am to be replaced by him"

    Mouth breathers i swear
