Already showing the "selfish" before he even dons the uniform.

Why the hell wouldn't he be a featured player in the offense?!?!?!

Does he think Harden or Lin or Parsons or the mystery PF wouldn't pass him the ball inside?

    Is he serious?

    That's his "concern????"

    c'mon, son!

Doesn't make sense. GSW would have to send Bogut, Thompson and Barnes to the Lakers. Could happen I guess, but I'd be surprised.

They could send Bogut and Biedrens. But doubt the Lakers would take that..

I think he has 80% of chance staying where he is.

    I think it is a 100%

You're talking about him staying in the NBA right? I agree, there is no way he goes overseas.

Yeah there has to be a major trade between now and July 1st if he's even going to visit Golden State...they don't even have the cap to sign him...

Not a chance. The Lakers are hurting financially. If Dwight stays (or his salary equivalent, which happens if he's traded to a capped out team like the Warriors), they're going to amnesty Pau. So the question is, would the asset coming in be worth losing Pau... AND paying $15 million or more (depending on luxury tax level) for Bogut, Biedrens or whoever. Oh, and sending Dwight to an in-state division rival.

I just don't see Klay Thompson or Harrison Barnes as worth all that. Some Laker fans will, but I doubt management sees it that way.

    You're right....what was I thinking.

No way a player speaks thru and around without actually speaking himself.

    No way!

    My bad.

Seriously tho....that's a dumb ass reason.

    Media made up or not.

Yeah. Obviously anything the media says about a player came from that player directly.

THIS is the guy that was pretty consistent in tweeting that Houston had what Orlando wanted at the trade deadline. (couldn't remember his name when I've brought him up in the past in the Cyberx debates)

All the Cleveland and Brooklyn and even Laker possibilities that were being thrown around, he kept sticking to Houston having the best package and likely being the final destination.

Many here were in agreement. This guy, to me, is part of why I believe Cyberx has some access to information - he kept saying Dwight was going to end up in L.A. (and we might have Bynum) - and he was pretty adamant about it when challenged by some here. I remember he cited Fegan as a large reason also.

Also, Morey will clear the cap space needed and just sign Dwight outright. No need to send anything back UNLESS he's going to try and get Josh Smith or something.

This is a lot like the Mavericks rumor that Broussard mentioned, it just came out of nowhere and it makes absolutely no sense. This was never brought up until today and it just doesn't sound like a legitimate concern or something that would cause him to return to the Lakers.
