Actually the most band wagoning fans in North America are in New York. Houston, just has a lot of fans that easily turn closet haters over loses and take their dislike on local sports teams. Its partially because of Houston being a transit city, where more people come to for business or jobs and partially because the heat does make people into haters.
Without AB0 we would have lost the first game and the 2nd game wouldn't have been so close. HE IS LEADING THE TEAM IN PPG FOR POSTSEASON. 2ND IN SHOOTING PERCENTAGE TOO. 19/29 shooting over 2 games.
I mean if u read the board, u wouldve thought brooks played terrible. A person from somewhere else wouldve thought brooks played like shane,( sorry I had to get that one in ) but he didn't. He had a mistake or 2, but id rather have him tryng to do something vs him doing nothing. Young player that is still making strides on a veteran team. Everyone is screaming for lowry and I like lowry, but lowry is earl watson to me. He has a extra yr under his belt so lets at least see how aaron plays next yr.
can someone explain to me the the logic behind this "TEHY DONT EEVEN TRY 2 GET YAO TEH BALL OR EEVEN LOOKK FER HIM!!111 AAAARRGH HE ONLY GOT SIX SHTOS!!!11" sentiment that usually sees AB as its primary target. i don't know if anyone is watching, but it is kind of hard to get the ball to a guy being fronted who isn't particularly mobile and has awful hands. and no, the "try to pass it off the backboard" or "they always swung it around to shaq from the weakside when he was fronted" ideas that are seemingly regurgitated in every thread as some novel brilliant insight aren't clever so much as they are laughable. AB has been terrific. bless his heart.
