I'm okay with them staying most of this month. We don't need them. But next month is a different story. We need at least one of them at full strength. Brooks is probably the most likely to return first and he will bring a 4th quarter scorer and great 6th man off the bench.

As for Yao, I would be surprised if he is full strentgh by the all star break. But if he comes back and gets in game shape at least a month before the playoffs. It's not an idea situation but if we matchup with the Lakers we can with a full squad healthy and after that the skies the limit. Bring back a healthy Yao and Brooks, 1 trade for a wing preferably Iguodala, prince would be okay too and we are ready to make a run.

Ankle sprain? Ankle sprain?!?!? We're talking bout an ankle sprain!?!?!?!???

Dude, if an ankle sprain is really that bad that it takes this long to heal for a guy that might weight 165 lbs when he gets out of the shower...........then how bad was it really?

Another of those "It don't make sense" moments for me.

you're telling me! AB is being such a diva! He needs to man up! Spit on it, put some sand on it, tape it up and go out and play!!!!! He needs to play through the pain. They need to stop babying him.

Yeah, I saw it. Looked bad. But if it is that bad, it is more than an ankle sprain.

I don't think he'll be back until after New Years at least.

Coming back after New Years is kind of pushing it, don't you think? I say he comes back for the Miami game.

Brooks needs to be able to start and stop and change directions on a dime to really get the space he needs to get his shot off, and be effective.

The ankle is crucial to that, so let him heal....

There are multiple degrees of ankle sprains. Seems like this may have been a 3rd degree sprain - very painful. It takes time for the swelling to subside and to regain full range of motion on the ankle.

Trying to play on a bad ankle at anything less than a 100% is not a good idea.

I really don't care at this point, the team starting to come together and the chemistry is developing, so no rush.

Nothing to see here pol just a man who **** on himself, keep it moving, make like Yao n Tmac n SPLIT.

AB is in no rush to come back & neither is RA could we use his presence on the court? Yes, but Kyle is playing like a starting pg so let's go with the flow.

Don't forget it is a contract year for AB.

Returning at anything less than 100% could really hurt his stock.

Unacceptable? You wont accept the fact that the doctors pushed back his target date? I don't really understand that.

It's not like they lied to us for the heck of it. Why would they do that? They had a target date, and they decided to push it back. Unless you want to have absolutely NO information, an estimate is the best they can do.
