No....I said it happens to the best of them, meaning the best miss free throws in late-game situations. The only few exceptions are the people I listed.

I guess the title of the thread should be revised to be "Brooks has never hit the clutches in the last few seconds when the Rockets are down."

Everyone seems to be referencing games where the Rockets are up (against Philly) or the game is tied (against Phoenix).

I don't see anything wrong with fans expressing their feelings towards a player who just missed a clutch shot, but I strongly dislike the fan who thinks he know the most even though he know nothing...

Ignorant fans like him remind me why I don't come here often, oh well, he is officially on my ignore and stupid fans list..

So, not sure about how high your horse really is.....pardner...

Maybe I am just frustrated with the frustrated.

Why don't we just start a running tab?

So far in 3/10: Brooks in the clutch is 0-1

How is that in any way accurate?

If a stock had negative returns for each month in 2009, but had positive returns for Jan/Feb 2010, would you ignore the 2009 performance when deciding whether or not to invest?

In that situation, we can say Brooks is improving. Good thing.

Brooks is NOT a go-to guy down the stretch. NEVER AGAIN ADELMAN...draw some damn plays up for Martin or even Budinger.

Aaron Brooks doesn't do anything positive down the stretch.

Brooks is what he is, a decent scorer that could be a decent scorer off the bench for a contender.

If he is your 1st or even 2nd option then your team is going to be pretty bad. We've seen over and over again when teams put the defensive intensity up on him that he pretty much can't do anything. If you let him go one on one without good help defense, then yeah, he'll score ok, but run some guys at him, and he falls apart.
