Everyone wants Bridges or OG but are they even available? If we cash in i want a bonafide all-star back at the very least. And I don't see any shaking loose before the deadline. Patience is still the smart play. Brooklyn's pick(s) may gain value by the seasons end. A better option could be available by draft night.

It seems that both Ime and Stone are still focused on internal growth and are not as desperate or impatient as we fans are. So I'd be shocked honestly if any significant moves are made by the DL. Maybe a backup 5 at best.

Anything they do that has the cost of a #1 pick or greater has to have a longer term impact - not a half season rental.

I'd love Olynyk for Landale & whatever ..... but Kelly-O is an expiring, he'd likely walk at seasons end and assets are depleted as a result.

I'm either using that Brooklyn pick on Landale's immediate replacement or trying to push it into the future while hoping to keep it a likely lottery pick.

The team also has 3 picks in the 2nd round this coming draft .... that could create some more roster congestion.

We keep the picks. Stone only knows how to draft outside the lottery.

He drafted Jabari. He starting to play well on the road. He's giving me hope.

Hold onto them. Trade a few second rounders and Landale for Olynyk. Draft one of the 7 footers this year. Sign Buddy Hield with MLE. Cash in during summer of 2025 when you’ll know what you have with all the young guys…

Mikal Bridges will be expiring that summer but you hope Ant, SGA, Haliburton start making noise about wanting out by then.

Let them ride unless a star player becomes available.

Can we pay everyone what they will demand on the next contract? If not, hold the picks and keep acquiring talent in case you have to make a decision on the current roster.

2024 pick looking like it will just replace the pic that we are sending to OKC. However, I am still optimistic about the assets value over the next three years and tend to think it will yield a lottery pick or a swap into a lottery pick.

I dont think Danny Ainge will go for that.
He is an expiring and will be a FA after this season though.
    Will a bidding war ensue?

You can’t let the 24 pick ride for long. So if a Bridges isn’t available at the deadline then spend it with Tate for our playoff run?

You’re probably right but no sense in keeping all 3 2nd rounders so I’ll be pretty disappointed if they don’t use 2 or all of them to upgrade the backup SG or C spot by the trade deadline.

I think Ainge might land a late #1 from a contender for Olynyk.

Some team that needs a quality big off the bench for a playoff push.

Is that pick in the 22-30 range better than the three 2nd round picks and Oladipo or Landale as filler?

Yes, please. We're not winning it all this year, so let's not make any moves that make it harder win it all a few times between 2025-2030.

The Wiz getting it done tonight. On top of that, BKN looks like they're about to lose another four in a row. Maybe six out of the next seven.

15-18 now after getting smoked by the Thunder. That pick is looking better and better.

I expect this to fall around 8! I think they fall off from here.
