Brooklyn looking to acquire first round pick!!!

    According to Alex Kennedy the Brooklyn Nets aka New Jersey Nets is looking to acquire a first round pick seeing that Portland owns theirs (Gerald Wallace trade). Now my question is Brook Lopez is a restricted free agent and I'm guessing since Nets own his rights he can be traded on draft night. Got alot of heat for Cousins for 16 but what about Lopez for #16 which is a more reasonable trade for both teams to me

    Prolly move Scola in the same deal!!!

    Brooklyn Gets #16 and Scola

    Rockets Gets Lopez

    Can't wait for June 28th!!!

    Brook Lopez is the key to their best chance at getting Dwight Howard. Any trade that includes Dwight to Brooklyn would most certainly have to include Lopez. And a first round pick would be yet another piece they could add to the puzzle.

    I seriously doubt he's going anywhere.

    1. Why does this poster still have create thread privileges.

    2. I'd rather just give them the 16th pick....more interested in seeing what zany thing they might do than us drafting Teague or Zeller.
