alright nomar....i went and saw this morning...i agree ehhhhhhh.

its no super troopers. i giggled here and there but overall it was bland.

some funny moments but unlike super troopers there are no great one liners...

your taste in everything else still blows nomar but you happened to get this movie review right.

Roeper gave it a thumbs up. Ebert, not so much.

    Thanks for owning up. ;)

Did you ever see the movie?

Anybody else who posted and eventually saw it? (RM?)

I didn't like Super Troopers much. But I got the feeling that it would be hilarious if viewed while chemically altered.

I'll probably rent Club Dread eventually, but I'm in no hurry to see it.

That's funny. I've found that my movie tastes align with Ebert (and Entertainment Weekly's Owen Gleiberman) most of the time...and my favorite movie is Dumb and Dumber! :p

It was definitely not the worst. Would probably be a worth DVD rental. With Starky and Hutch and Eternal Sunshine which I have a feeling will be good out there though there's no reason to watch this before those.

"Oral Roberts? Is that like Anal Johnson?"
