Semi-serious question: would she get more action as a straight or gay person? For most women and men the answer is obvious...but she might be the exception...I know there's no way in hell I'd hit that. And while I'm in this hole, let me dig it deeper. Of course it's easier for female athletes to come out. For obvious reasons the media won't discuss, there are a minimum of ten times more gay female pro athletes than male gay pro athletes.

Agreed, can't believe this is getting coverage today. It's obviously easier given that a decent percentage of the population associate some female sports (basketball, rugby,) with lesbianism.
Do you believe anything that's reported? First the bombing's a conspiracy, and now Griner's sexuality?
hilarious that a good Baptist university like Baylor's 2nd most famous former student (hat tip to RG3) is a lezzie
I'm amazed at how mean spirited people are. Some things are better left unsaid. Real easy to do the bashing in a setting like this.
Della Donne has a pretty crazy story. I believe she chose UConn at first, but in the middle of the night just drove home and decided she didn't want to be there. She said she missed her sister who has autism, is blind, deaf and also has cerebral palsy!
OHHHH!! okay, makes sense because google image kept coming up with this photo with a girl that looked like she may have autism, and c p, but also blind, and deaf? damn, one on the check list already seemed hard enough.
