I just watched the video....and I couldn't find a a frame that machted the posted picture.....I think that won has been modified (photo shoped). All I saw was a shadow, that didn't even really resemble a nipple....I could be wrong though.....I watched it twice (the ending to see...)
No, I did not modify anything. The frame was around last few seconds, I watched that part a dozen times to get that extac frame, you should check again.

It's possible, even likely, that the dark splotch on her right breast it not a nipple, at all, but instead the dangling end of her watch/bracelet thingy. Reminds me of my days in College where I recorded Friends and Single guy during February sweeps. Monica in friends and a girl in Single guy were getting out of bed in bathrobs, and in both of them, on 2-4 frames you could see bush.
