I know people are playing the over scrutiny card, but celebs have been photographed with thier babies long before Britney. The thing is, she is just piling up a list of incidents and is of course getting even more attention. 4 incidents in a very short amount of time could be a coincidence, or she just is not a good mother and we are only seeing the tip of the iceburg.
