right, if properly strapped in his shoulder wouldn't be touching his knee with his head resting on the side of the seat
I hope you're happy - I was drinking coffee as I read this and laughed, resulting in one of those prolonged coughing/choking sessions.
Do any of you have kids or have ever had a baby in one of those seats? It does matter how tight you have the little bastards strapped in, their head is going to fall into their lap. They have a spine like a freaking slinky.
I say they take the baby away from her and give her to an upstanding foster family like Me and my wife. Then Brittney can pay us child support while we raise her child in a responsible manner. Both of my kids hated riding backwards in the car but they did and I put up with screaming kids because their saftey was the most important issue. That said... I don't care what she does with her kid(s).
she's an idiot, a brand new mother, and doesn't know how to strap in her kid... Is anyone surprised...
my son did the flop to the knees thing too. It made my back hurt just looking at him...but he was fine with it. And my wife was obsessed with the car seat -- having it, the settings and the instal checked out by a safety group. He also rode in a convertable with the top down. (but had a hat and shades on). He hasn't ridden in the front yet. (the paparazzi's been easy on us lately). So...papazu to all you haterz!!!
Clearly, she needs to work on her strap-on skills. And I'm just the guy to....er, uh...hey, is Bonds playing tonight?
we actually had the fire department install our seat for us because this same thing was happening to our son, to the point where his head would bend at that angle and you could tell he was having trouble breathing ....I remember the fireman telling me that almost 90% of the car seats they see are installed in correctly ......so this is not uncommon .....anyway, kids fall asleep in car seats alot obviously ...what they told me was, if your kid does fall asleep and his head ends up at that angle, then he is either not strapped in properly or the seat itself is not installed right doesn't mean anyone is a terrible parent, despite RM95's desperate attempt to bait concerned parents into a fight
You're basing your speculation on her being an uninformed parent on tabloids. I'm glad you can make that assumption on someone you have never met nor will ever meet.
Are you saying the photographer doctored those photos to show her baby in those positions? I'm glad you can make that assumption on someone you have never met nor will ever meet.
You can speak to me...I'm right here. I don't like to start fights, but I will respond or make jokes about things I think are silly or absurd. And a) the obssession of some here about Britney Spears' parenting abilities and b) the assumption that we know what kind of mother she is based on paparazzi pictures and tabloid reports are, in fact, silly and absurd.
