BRING ON THE LAKERS! yes sir!

do people seriously think andrew bynum can back down chuck hayes in the post? chuck is gonna make mitch kupchak regret giving bynum that long-term deal.

battier is gonna shut down kobe as usual.

ariza is gonna expose artest's decline and overrated defense.

aaron brooks is gonna run circles around derek fisher.

we got this on lock. cruise control, baby. mark stein will put us in his top 10 after we expose the fakers on wednesday.

I want Ariza to outscore Kobe and for Artest to go 0-9 on 3 pointers.

expect Artest to play dirty... and Kobe... it's going to be no cake walk, but I think Rick's team is capable. If he wears a monocle it's over...

the only way the rockets win is if Kobe decides not to care or Pau Gasol doesn't play. Is he back yet?

Battier never really shuts down Kobe, maybe slows him down once in awhile.

    Isn't Gasol playing soon?

I predict Ron trying to prove Morey wrong by not signing him a deal. Which equals Ron dribbling out the shot clock like his pants are on fire and throwing up a contested jumper with 2 seconds left.

If the ROX beat the Lakeshow this week and then the Texans beat the Colts....my head just might explode.

    Wide open.

Artest will play extra aggressive and dirty on Trevor to try and stick it to the Rockets, but I expect more feisty play when LA visits Toyota Center, especially when Tmac comes back.

dont get too complacent just because we destroyed Utah.

Utah had a similar squad with no real center.

but Lakers will be completely different, they will pound us from inside and out. It will be an intersting game to watch though, but we will not cruise through them and get an easy W

Rockets have a solid shot at beating 28 other teams in the league.

Against Lakers, I'm afraid they just have too much height. Gasol/Bynum/Odom vs Andersen/Hayes/Scola/Landry? It's hard to win a game when you are likely to get outrebounded by 15-20.

Keep hitting 3's and we can keep it close, but I remain cautiously optimistic.

Regardless, after 4 games, you gotta be proud of how this team is battling :D

I think we can run the Lakers ragged. The only thing I'm worried about is their big line-up and our lack of bigs/ DA's Charmin softness.
