The best coach we have ever had. Thats the best offense we have ever had that involves everyone. Yao was our Defensive Anchor. Ariza and Corey can be like Shane Battier and Ron Artest on the wings. Harden and Ty Lawson can be like Aaron Brooks and Kyle Lowry slashing to the basket. Our power forwards can be like Chuck Hayes and Scola. It was smooth and effective. If it weren't for the injury to Yao I truly believe the Rockets would have beat the Lakers and gone on to win the championship that year.

I loved Adelman but I don't think he would want to come back. He's old and he probably clashed with Morey on how to run the team. Morey wants a lackey yes-man type coach.
I loved watching Adleman's teams execute the offense .... they got so many easy shots .... but I can't see him coming back now. The players don't fit the system at all & he and Mouary would clash.
I'm kind of tired of hearing that "Morey only wants a yes-man who will do his bidding." Regardless if this was the case in the past, I feel that this is no longer the narrative. That being said, Rick is too old. Thibs please.
Both guys, especially Artest were much heavier. Battier had at least 20lbs on Ariza and Artest was Dwight's weight.
I know he is one of the best coaches but isn't he going to be too OLD? and last time I thought his wife's health is not so good either... so he would have to take time off more than in the past
Love how hindsight works. Remember how this board always fumed about his substitution patterns, timeout calls, lineups etc. The same **** you read about McHale. No coach will turn thing around with o the current squad and especially Harden
