    mike harris? the guy in chinese basketball association? ok,a bit stronger than gerald,but i don't think he is gonna be somebody around nba.

    not the guy in chinese basketball, but the guy who impressed in summer league and pre-season.

    the numbers put up in the chinese domestic league are meningless to nba teams.

    Thanks RoxD, I have been wanting him all year long, he fits PERFECTLY into this type of offensive team.

    He is a Bonzi Wells/Shawn Marion type of player who plays with a huge chip on his shoulder and is aggressive as hades.

    A perfect complimentary piece to the Rockets puzzle.

    He was super good in summer leagues, and looked good in the preseason games too.

    Sort of an attack the rim type of SF/SG...player....great athlete.

    6'6" and good ups.....with a mean streak.

    I liked him a lot, and wanted him over Snyder or Novak.....

    Either way, I am glad he is back.....and he is from Rice....so he is sharp...

    I really wish V-span got his chances with the ROX, especially under Adelman.

    Too bad the damage that JVG did to him is irreversable.

    we don't need another player with obligations to his home country for FIBA or the olympics and such...too much wear and tear and simply vspan's heart was not set for the nba or he would be on the spurs.

    he wanted nothing with the NBA and the States after he was abused by the lunatic JVG and the mean sarcasim of some of the fans.

    He has an opt out clause in his contract this year, there is still a glimmer of hope for him to come back.

    As for Harris, I hope he signs for the rest of the year after his 10 day contract is up.
