Think about it;

A 33yr old short PG coming off a major injury and a 34 yr SF who didnt play at all last yr VS a 24yr SG who had a down yr.....who has the upper hand?

Those guys are expiring, jalen is not. If the contract lengths were the same it’s fine, but to take on another year of a jalen albatross you HAVE to get a first
