    kbm,

If I could get them, I would like both of the Clipper common draft picks.

How about both Clipper common draft picks and Shandon for Robinson and another scrub (whatever position you need, I have a lot of scrubs)?

Sonics second round pick in common draft

    Crisco,

Yes, if it's similar to the deal we were discussing earlier, I'm interested.

    kbm,

I like it, how does Sean Elliot sound as the SG scrub?
    Elliot - 15 min, 6 pt, 2 reb.

Good luck to you, too! I now have no excuse to not play better next season than this season since I have such high draft picks in the rookie and common drafts.

I think that was a great deal RR, especially since your team's pretty much doing nothing, now you can rebuild with all of those picks.

Kenyon Martin, Al Harrington, all 3 of your picks, a nets draft pick, shandon anderson, and another 2nd round draft pick for Cliff Robinson a 2nd round pick and a scrub?

    You said it.

This trade makes no sense - They're both screwed - ok Sonics might not be as they will mend it next season, but this season is over for them. A nice to have a Sonics pick.

But it was a good deal for the future raven, but I think you sold out this season to soon - but perhaps it was hard to say no to such a deal? And as Crisco says - nothing a trade can't fix. [IMG]

oh RR won this deal. I think kbm was scared at Miles early numbers.

he doesn't lose too much. He can put Shanderson at sf or Russell and get close to the same production as Cliff.

btw RR, you know Desmond Mason is a sf/sg right? On your team page it lists him as a PF/C. How does he have 3 blocks? lol.

What do you guys think of my trade. I think Cat won a little, but it was fairly even. I got a little younger and hopefully Jamison will put up a little bit better numbers for me.

Your trade with cat was a push, not a big deal either way.

DOES ANYONE WANT TO TAKE OSTERTAG AND POLYNICE OFF MY HANDS?

I'll throw in manning or anderson for a backup PF.

Actually, Russel really does produce almost as much as Robinson when he is starting at the SF postion... so really all I lose is bench depth... and I am certain that my season was over with anyway. I wouldn't have been able to trade for the players I would need to compete this year, so I am going to rely on the draft to improve.

For some reason, I have played for an entire season thinking that Desmon Mason was a PF, when he in fact is a SF... so I was quite backed up at SF.

I will likely now put Anderson as my backup 2 guard...

Question to some of you guys...

After the blockbuster deal with Crisco, I'm having a hard time deciding on a starting lineup. I'm sure I'll change it later if things go wrong, but I need to win now. Which lineup do you think is better?

    Lineup One

    C- Campbell
    PF- Van Horn
    SF- Carter
    SG- Francis
    PG- Stockton

    6th man Brian Grant

    Lineup Two

    C- Campbell
    PF- B. Grant
    SF- Van Horn
    SG- Carter
    PG- Francis

    6th man Stockton

I'm somewhat leaning towards lineup one, but was just curious if I could get a couple of opinions from the rest of you guys...

I guess I'll have to explain the deal. I needed a scorer, and cliff robinson will supply me 20 points a game. I was able to kept two high second round draft picks, so that I can pick up either the players I submitt to the draft or pick up players with similar abilities as them. The clippers and the sonics pick will both be high in the second round. I didnt really have much faith I could get who I wanted to draft in the rookie draft since the clipps are playing better, and so a high second round pick was more valuable to me than that pick. I might have overpaided but I wanted to win now, and I still think I can win in the future since all of my players (except robinson) are young, especially miles!

The next time I have meat and mashed potatoes, I think I'll put a very large blob of potatoes on my plate with just a little piece of meat. And if someone asks me why i didn't get more meat, ill just say, "Oh, you mean this?" and pull out a big piece of meat from inside the blob of potatoes, where ive hidden it. Good magic trick, huh?

    Cat,

I would say lineup 1... when I started Brian Grant at PF in year one, I was not at all impressed with his production.

I can take Polynice off your hands for Walter McCarty(PF).

And if you want to throw in Anderson, I can give you Eric Williams(SF), 8pts, 2 reb at last check.

i'd say 1, in 2 you have people playing way out of position it seems.
