Sorry if its has been already posted. Houston, TX (Sports Network) - The Houston Rockets waived forward Brian Cook Saturday and signed guard Garrett Temple to another 10-day contract. Cook, in his seventh year in the NBA, appeared in just 15 games for the Rockets this season at an average of three minutes per contest. He has career averages of 5.8 points and 2.7 rebounds in 349 games with the Lakers, Magic and Rockets. In the three games since his callup from the NBADL's Rio Grande Valley club, Temple has played an average of 16 1/2 minutes, logging 6.0 points and 2.3 rebounds per contest. LINK

I must admit, we never had to worry about our gatorade getting stolen by unruly fans or opposing teams mascots. He will make some team a very good water cooler protector in the future.
