Everybody overreacting to OP. Theres not that many games left in the season and a simple sprained ankle could leave someone out the rest of the year. Its not like DD hoped that his career was over. Breaking New- Corey Brewer will have to have his arm amputated. OHH NOESSS
The only reason folks want a draft pick is so we can package it with Brewer to get someone to take that guy off our team. No way in HELL does the next coach let him see the floor night in and night out. He is a TERRIBLE NBA player - shoots too much when he can't shoot, gambles leaves his man...just a horrid guy to be in our rotation. I don't want the man permanently injured, just let it take a while for his shoulder to heal. For the Kids! DD

Brewer is a curse to the Rockets with his current play. If somehow there was a better coach and he could be the greyhound in transition that rarely gambles on D and takes way less shots then maybe.
DD has a lot enemies trying to take him down, lol. It's not that serious. I wouldn't mind never seeing Corey Brewer in a Rockets uniform again, matter of fact there have been actual times Ive prayed for it.

The season is only a couple of games long. It wouldnt be that serious. Besides we are talking about Morey he may not get anything in return but he can get rid of Brewer.
exactly the season is only a couple of games long and the team is fighting to make the playoffs. If it isn't serious, most players would play through it for two games. Any GM can get rid of Brewer, but no GM can dump him for free with the way he's been playing. Especially during the moratorium, where we will need our capspace.
Hopefully he's hurt enough to miss the rest of the season, but not hurt enough for it to be a long term thing. We'll want to be dumping him off on some poor sucker and they are less likely to take him if he's hurt.
