    This is the one development that I will solely attribute to the hiring of Gary Gaettie/Garner.... Everett obviously feeds off confidence, as he's going to see plenty of pitches to hit in every AB, thus having the guy who was able to untap his potential last year (Gaetti) in the dugout has made all the difference.

    And the fact that Garner told him what he expects is all the more confidence.

    (Note: I don't think it was a bad idea, at first, by Jimy to use the bunt... but he should have not made it an all-or-nothing commitment. When it turned out that the starting pitching wasn't consistent enough, and the middle-releif was below average, the idea of "scoring first" was rendered meaningless, and, there was no plan B for how to handle Everett in place.)

    well, the Astro's have been playing great ball in the last 5 games. We should be in a 5 game winning streak but, eh.

    I hope they can keep them up! I am looking for another sweep of Arizona! I am going to the game on Tuesday! I hope they kick butt!
